Please note, the additional services are optional, and transaction

Mode of Payment of VFS Global fees: Payment of Czech Employee Card Application Centre Service, visa fee and all other optional additional services shall be paid in cash at the VAC in Belarussian rubels.

A formal receipt will be generated for every completed transaction.

Form Filling

Description:

This service provides customers with assistance in filling out the visa application form. An employee of the visa application center will fill in the data given by the customer into an electronic form and attach a print-out to the supporting documents. The data entered is based on the information given by the customer.

The form filling service is voluntary and is not related to the general help and information to the customer which remains free of charge. The form filling service is no prerequisite to the completeness of the application and does not influence the decision on the application. The visa application center cannot be held responsible for the outcome of the visa application.

Using these services does not mean your visa application will be processed more quickly or that you will be issued a visa Fees:

Photocopy (per page)

Description:

You may require photocopies of recommended supporting documentation. VFS Global can take copies for you at the visa application center.

Fees:

You can opt. for this service for 0.4 BYN per copy.

How to book:

Please reach out to submission desk officers to avail this service.

 

Photograph (set of 4 photos)

Description:

Customers using this service can have their photograph taken at the visa application center. This will ensure that the photographs meet Consular department specifications.

Fees:

This service can be bought for an extra fee of 12 BYN for 4 passport size photographs.

SMS

Description:

The Czech Employee Card Application Centre in Belarus provides a Visa application status tracking through SMS for your convenience at nominal cost.

Easy to use, this revolutionary SMS service once purchased will launch an automated confirmation feedback message to the customer’s mobile phone, at various stages of the visa application life-cycle. The service supports transfer of SMS in English/Russian and assures an customer of his/her equanimity, with convenience at their finger tip.

Fees:

Explore the goodness of this valuable service, which can be purchased for 5 BYN for each application, during the time of submission of the visa application form.

How to book:

If you wish to use this facility please add the SMS fee while making payment at the counter of the Visa Application Centre.

Document Printing (per page)

Description:

If desired customers use the service of printing documents directly at the Visa Application Center. The printout of the application form completed by the customer at the Visa Center is free of charge.

Fees:

You can opt. for this service for 0.6 BYN per copy.

 

Premium Lounge

Description:

The VFS Global Premium Lounge Service is now available at the visa application center.

The Premium Lounge includes:

  • Separate lounge with personalized service by dedicated staff

  • Refreshments

  • Faster submission of applications

  • Photocopying service for your documents

Fees:

Premium lounge service fee: 114 BYN for each application inclusive of VAT for each visa customer in addition to the cost of the visa application.

How to book:

Please schedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your desired appointment date.

  • You may use one of the below options: Send us an e-mail to [email protected], providing your name, surname, contact number and desired date of submission. Our Premium Lounge staff will contact you to clarify other details, if necessary, and the time of your visit.

  • You may also contact our helpdesk +37517 3022767 from 09:00 till 17:00 in working days.

Please note: using the Premium Lounge service will not influence on the visa processing time, visa issuance or the duration of the visa. Visa and service fees and all the other additional services provided by the Visa Application Center are not included in this price.

 

Prime Time Appointment

Description:

The prime time service is available from 17-00 to 19-00 (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, except Holidays). This service allows customers, who pay an additional fee, to lodge their applications beyond the normal processing hours (Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00).

Fees:

The prime time service fee is 96 BYN per application.

Medical insurance

Description:

Customers can purchase medical insurance directly at the Application Center. This service is not mandatory and provided only by the request of the customers.
